A family is devastated after their emotional support dog, a Labradoodle named Logan, was lost by LATAM Airlines. This isn’t the first time a dog has been lost by an airline. They are asking the public for help and offering a reward. Unfolding details of the story are bizarre.
Logan was scheduled to fly with his owners on August 27, aboard a LATAM Airline flight from New York’s JFK International Airport to Paraguay. Because of a supposed ramp issue, the dog never made it aboard the plane.
In a strange twist, when the couple’s son, Jonathan Rolon, got involved, LATAM workers told he “couldn’t see the dog because another worker took the pooch home.”
Rolon got the name of the worker and began a search for the missing dog. Apparently, the dog was missing from the employee’s home. According to a FOXNEWS report, the airline carrier says they are actively searching for the dog.
Animal Care Center of New York, 50 LATAM representatives, and Rolon are all seeking the return of Logan. Rolon says his mother is extremely depressed. Further details in the video below.
