The Butler County Sheriff’s Office is desperately searching for the monster responsible for abusing and dumping a dog on the side of a road in Ohio.

The Sheriff’s Office Dog Wardens found the Pit Bull Labrador mix sitting on the side of the road in the 2600 block of Hamilton Eaton Rd. in St. Clair Township.

He was dehydrated and severely emaciated with all of his ribs protruding. His face was extremely swollen and he looks like he was neglected for quite some time before being abandoned.

He was rushed to the nearest vet, where he is currently being treated.

Unfortunately, he had no collar, tags or chip.

The Sherrif’s Office is now seeking any information on this case. If you recognize this dog or know who was responsible for this, please contact Butler County Dog Warden Jamie Hearihly at  513-887-7297 Ext. 6.

“We will work diligently to seek who is responsible for this abuse and hold them accountable,” Sheriff Jones wrote on Facebook.
