While an emergency room nurse is working day and night at her hospital to help fight COVID-19, her puppy was stolen right from her home on Montgomery Avenue in Concord, California.

Surveillance camera footage shows a man on a gold and white bicycle take the pup from their garage and ride off.

The man has a tan skin tone and was wearing a dark ball cap, dark hooded jacket, jeans and grey shoes, along with a face mask and blue medical gloves.

The nurse and her family are now pleading with the public for their help finding their 11-week-old Malinois puppy, Max.

Concord police are now searching for the suspect.
